My path to UX wasn’t linear—I’ve worn many hats, from marketing manager and director to esports instructor and nonprofit executive assistant. These roles sharpened my ability to uncover insights, understand diverse audiences, and design solutions that meet real user needs.
Encouraged by mentors and peers, I transitioned into UX, self-teaching the craft and applying my business insight, branding knowledge, and research skills to every project. Now, I focus on how design and research can bridge the gap between business strategy and the people we serve.
